STAW AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! They are cheap and do not deliver, and the first thing their customer service agent did after I called was blamed the customer rather than try to resolve the issue. They have not yet offered a full refund and I am needing to fight just to get $40 back for an order that was obviously not delivered. Do NOT use these guys. They are one of the worst printing experiences I've ever had.

Free Shipping is DISHONEST MARKETING. Even if your cart exceeds the minimum required for free shipping, you will NOT receive free shipping
Every item in your cart needs to meet the minimum amount for shipping of $40
For ex: If your cart has 4 items for $100, you will still not qualify for free shipping unless each of the 4 items separately meets the $40 minimum
Very deceptive marketing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Received posters and postcards that are so dark you cannot see the image. Print runner took no responsibility for darkening the image, offered no refund, and told me they wouldn’t lighten the image to reprint. Don’t use. Use a local printer for Christ’s sake.
Terrible customer service! Sent four emails about my entire sticker order being cut off-center and never once received a reply. Quality control and customer service don't seem to be a priority here.

This company did a horrible job on a printing job, it came to me damaged.
I reached out to them and there was nobody to talk to... after almost two months of correspondence with no resolution a rude lady called ny husband by the name of * and said sorry we can't help you.
Don't buy from these people! Rude.

Absolutely horrible service and shoddy and inept production. My logo is pink on a white ground with a silver grey border. Very straightforward.
The 1st run was printed completely off registration and totally incorrect colors. How it ever left the factory looking as bad as it did is unbelievable. The second run was slightly better registration, still not perfect, and the colors were still incorrect in spite of having been given examples of the correct colors to follow. I asked them to print a pantone silver or grey border but instead they upcharged me for silver foil and then sent me a hideous garish allover metallic sticker that looked nothing like the examples they were given. Pink logo on metallic silver with a brown border.
Here is the actual instructions where it says "full color white ink" and to "follow the file settings". They did not. There was no white ink at all. I spent over an hour waiting for someone in customer service to pick up the phone and finally gave up. Next step is to contact the credit card and deny the charge

Print runner is awful. They took two weeks to send a print approval to my email before printing. This caused the labels to run late. Instead of recognizing their mistake and making it right they charged me $170 to overnight the postcards. Once the postcards arrived, 90 cards were missing and they will not print more without having a photo of the shipping box. I do not have a photo as the postcards are sent to a fufillment center and they destroyed the box. It's 90 postcards that probably costs the company 1 cent to make and they will not fix their mistake. My company has been a customer of print runner for 5 years, but I will never use them again.
So I ordered some meal prep sleeves for my business and got my shipment in... I didn't get sleeves, but rather 250 pieces of useless paper!. So I call to return the order, and they did everything but excepted a return/refund of product that was not what they advertised! TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE SERVICE, STAY FAR AWAY! This place needs to be shutdown! Horrible interaction with customer! If I could give them a "0" rating I would!
Excellent business cards and candle labels. I even got a call from them because they noticed when i uploaded my logo it wasnt all the way to the bleed line and they fixed it and then showed me. Thank you for noticing my mistake and fixing it... Fast Delivery and friendly professional service. I will continue to order my printed products with them. And the price for what i ordered was far below anyone else. With the free shipping.
We ordered plastic cards and they are barley thicker than the average business card. They are cheap and we cant use them. However, I really like the design and the print itself is good. We will continue to print our plastic cards at Vista Print though.

THESE LABELS CAN SCRATCH OFF WITH A FINGERNAIL!
Our labeled lip balm can barely survive being at the bottom of a purse let alone a pocket!
Printrunner takes NO accountability for the poor quality job they do, instead tries to turn it into "what did you do with these"
We have NEVER have seen such a disastrous printing job.

I actually did an experiment. I ordered 3 sets of stickers from 3 different places. Printrunner had the worst performance.

They will print your stickers, but the quality may be questionable and they will not make your concerns a priority! Watch out for fees!

Not hard, but they're not helpful. They were terrible to work with.
